Welcome to The Orange County Tech Pool!

The OCTP brings together Consultants, Contractors, Free Agents and Professionals in Transition to connect with and network with other experienced professionals in the technology space.  The purpose is to provide a monthly forum in which you can exchange information pertaining to full-time and part-time career opportunities with similar professionals in a relaxed social setting before you need to find your next opportunity.

A key feature to the group is that tech professionals who are in transition or who may expect to be in transition can meet directly with Recruiters, and, that Recruiters who are searching for candidates can meet face-to-face with Consultants, Contractors, and Free Agents.  The goal is to shorten the length of time between projects for workers and to help recruiters source top-talent in a single setting before you need them. Think of the OCTP as Orange County's rolling technology job fair.
